Who I am

This website, arunportfolio.online, is the personal portfolio of Arun, a performance marketer based in Coimbatore, India. For anything related to this policy, contact me at arun.s.m982004@gmail.com.

What data is collected, and by whom

Booking a call (Calendly). When you book a discovery call, the scheduling form is provided by Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with me so I can hold the call. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Hosting (Netlify). This site is hosted on Netlify, which — like any web host — keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Embedded resources. Pages on this site load resources from third parties — Google Fonts, the Tailwind CSS CDN, and the Calendly widget. When a page loads, those providers receive your IP address as part of serving the files.

Email. If you email me directly, I'll have your email address and whatever you send. I use it only to reply to you.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. The embedded Calendly widget may set its own cookies to make scheduling work — these are governed by Calendly's policy.

Analytics and advertising

This site does not currently run analytics or advertising pixels. If that changes (for example, adding Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel), this policy will be updated before or at the time those tools go live.

How your data is used

Only to respond to you, prepare for and hold the call you booked, and — if we work together — deliver that work. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone beyond the service providers named above.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you (typically: your booking details and our email history). Email arun.s.m982004@gmail.com and I'll action it promptly. For data held by Calendly or Netlify, their policies linked above describe how to exercise rights with them directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
